Ms. Bolandgray joined the firm as Senior Counsel in 2004. Ms. Bolandgray’s practice focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including commercial office, retail and industrial leasing, and the negotiation of property management, commercial listing and commission agreements. Prior to joining SSL Law Firm, Ms. Bolandgray was a Deputy Attorney General in the Natural Resources Law Section of the Office of the Attorney General at the California Department of Justice. She represented numerous State agencies in all levels of administrative, state and federal courts, in both trial and appellate litigation, and alternative dispute resolution. Ms. Bolandgray received a B.A. in Political Science and French from the University of Southern California and graduated in 1988, cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa. She received her J.D. in 1991 from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. Ms. Bolandgray is admitted to practice law in California and is a member of the State Bar of California. |
