Ms. Veverka works primarily in the areas of commercial real estate transactions, financing, title insurance and land use. Ms. Veverka works largely on behalf of property owners, commercial developers, investors, and institutions in connection with due diligence, acquisition, entitlements, financing, development and disposition of commercial real estate projects. Her work also involves land use, title insurance and real estate litigation, as well as the formation and maintenance of business entities for property owners and developers. Ms. Veverka has over twenty years experience as a real estate paralegal and prior to joining SSL Law Firm practiced as a real estate specialist and paralegal at Ellman Burke Hoffman & Johnson and Miller Starr & Regalia. Ms. Veverka is a member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), and the American Bar Association (associate). Ms. Veverka attended the University of Utah and obtained her paralegal certificate from St. Mary’s College of California. In 1994, Ms. Veverka was named Paralegal of the Year by the San Francisco Paralegal Association. |
