Ms. Jones is a Partner of the firm. Ms. Jones’ practice includes the full range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions and corporate facilities, with particular expertise in the negotiation and documentation of commercial leases and purchase and sale agreements. She advises a broad range of clients, including financial institutions, landlords, tenants, and developers. Prior to joining SSL Law Firm, Ms. Jones was of counsel at Morgan Lewis & Bockius for six years. Ms. Jones joined Morgan Lewis upon the dissolution of Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison, where she had been senior counsel for six years. Prior to Brobeck, Ms. Jones was an associate in the real estate group of Bronson, Bronson & McKinnon. Ms. Jones began her career in Los Angeles as an associate in the real estate group of Baker & McKenzie. Ms. Jones received her B.A. with a major in English from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1986. She received her J.D. from the University of California, Davis School of Law in 1989. Ms. Jones is admitted to practice in California and is a member of the State Bar of California and the Bar Association of San Francisco. |
